There are two types of termination for RJ 45 connector. type A and type B
Cat6A speed is at least 500 MHz. This allows 10 Gbp/s (Gigabits per second) up to 328 feet (100 meters). Cat6 max speed is 250 MHz. Therefore, it only supports 10 Gbp/s to 165 feet (55 meters) under ideal conditions—less in heavy cross talk environments.
The main difference between PoE (IEEE 802.3af standard) and PoE+ (802.3at) is the quantity of power delivered. PoE can provide 15.4 watts over Cat6 cables, while PoE+ can supply up to 30W over Cat6 cables, with 25.5W available to devices.
In normal case the maximum cable length is 100 Meters (328 ft). With using some special poe injector and good quality cable we can use up to 170 meters.
